Used a Mr.Sinister for base, replaced the face from a JLA Superman, apoxie on the perm. Got boots from a Redemption Spawn and sculpted much of the details on the suit. His twin portable hair-dryers were made using styrofoam, cut into the shapes and attached to his shoulders. Once secured, sculpting with apoxie was done around and over the styrofoam shapes. This helped to save on apoxie and also keep the figure light weight for posing.
