Hidden deep inside the hidden cobra fortress lies the one person that even cobra commander fears yet at the same time enjoys his company most of all! This man is the portly and short is evil incarnate his name is mr. Poppycock! He'll make you laugh, cry, and then split your sides open with his master karate chop! Mr. Poppycock was once not always a horrid little monster he was once a chubby little boy living in china, his parents lost him on a trip to see the great wall, he was then adopted by buddist monks and was trained in the ways of the martial arts, but poppycock longed for the life of a comedian. Once he became an adult he came to america to try and make it as a comedian. Failed stand up, after failed stand up, he began drinking and packing on the weight, his life had gone to ruins in only a few short months. To make rent he started to become a guinea pig for science and during his last nights performance some rude audience member stood and yelled "you stink! You lousy no good punk!" Something inside poppycock died that night, he went over to the man and ripped out his spinal cord and started beating him with it, he had committed his first murder, with all the built up rage inside him poppycock started attacking other audience members, blood flew across the rooms, he bared the doors so no one could escape. Not a single audience member survived that night, now on the run poppycock had no place to go, he felt alone, and for companionship he started purchasing women of less than reputable character, to which he caught syphilis from. The syphilis drove him nearly mad, he had killed over 40 people by now in some of the most gruesome ways imaginable! He couldn't control himself any longer so he went to the doctor and wanted anything that would cure his horrid syphilis and madness, the doctor told him that there is one drug but it was not quite ready yet, and the side effects could prove to be quite harmful! Being rash and violent he grabbed the pills and went home. That night he took the pills, he felt funny, his skin started to lose pigment and his hair was turning a blueish green. He screamed in pain, the pill had cured him of his disease but instead made him into a freak of nature. His dream of become a comedian vanished, he was about to lose his apartment and everything he owned. And that very night across the street he saw cobra troopers attacking an orphanage until g.I.Joe came in to stop them. Intrigued by the men in the blue uniforms poppycock went down and snuck on to the air ship, thus taking him to their head quarters where he begged cobra commander for a job. Cobra commander having a soft spot for clowns offered him the chance to prove himself in combat and then as a comedian. The first trial came when he had to fight a crimson guard, poppycock came up and starting beating him to death with his own helmet! Once defeated he took the blood of the fallen guard and used it around his mouth as clown make up. He then told various offensive jokes to cobra commander, he had gain the trust of the most powerful man in this organization. Although he has never made direct contact with the joes, poppycock is more than ready to handle any one of them. He has been seen often times stealing make up from the baroness in the compound since it is impossible to get clown make up sent to a secret base. Right now though he is on probation for a sexual harassment charge and the beating to death of a cobra luncheon employee. But until that time that his probation is at an end poppycock will wait until the day that he can murder the joes for his master. Waiting and looking up terrible images on the internet and telling very offensive jokes.
