He's the artist from Madman. Check out X-Force 116-129 and X-Statix 1-26. I thoroughly enjoy his art , and highly recommend these comics.

Dead Girl's eyes are large in the comics, never quite understood why, but it is a bit off-putting.

I think it's a stylistic choice, to be like Allred's art, I'd say. Like a Ed Mcguiness toy matches his art

Looks good. I'm not familiar with the character. The eyes do bother me a bit for some reason, it may just be me, they just seem too big or something.
