This is pretty much a Marvel Legends Batman, it was made using:
Base body: Ultimate Captain America (Marvel Legends Series 8)
Head: Batman(Hush)
Cape:Batman(Hush)

Pretty much did a repaint so it looked like batman then molded a neck plate so the cape could stick on.
The cape also clicks into the back of the figure and can be taken off by removing the head.
