We started by opening Megatron up and disabling the sound so he didn't say "I am Megatron'. The trickiest part here wasn't cutting the sound while making sure not to interfere with the lights, butgetting Megatrons torso back together after surgery. Everything fits inside his body so exact and tight when you remove all his screws and open him up it's kinda like a jack in the box. Making sure everything gets reloaded back in side so he closes up tight is definately a two person job. For his head we used several pieces including some generic robot parts and dremiled out pieces from ROTF Megatron. We dremiled out the eyes, and made a channel in the back on his new face so the clear red eye insert from Megatron fit behind them.
