I like the head, it looks more menacing, most of the ones you see from the factories are kinda just normal skulls painted red. I like to think that the treatment that caused him caused his features to become more twisted than a normal skull.

Still sick, good use of the black mask head, most people use the original red skull or the FO one, I think this looks WAY better
