This is another custom from the line of DC Legion of Superheroes: Bouncing Boy (Sorry for the blurry pics).
The recipe is:
Head: ML Hulkling
Body: DC Direct Hawkman

Detail it with epoxy resin and paint it with acrylic paint (brush & airbrush).
