Got my hands on some beautiful Tamiya Metallic Blue Acrylic paint and had to do this guy. I used the following:

-Series 1 Captain America Head/Boots/Shield
-DCUC Captain Atom Body, Legs, Arms
-Ultimate Captain America (Toy Biz) Belt

For the boots, I cut off from the mid-calf down on Captain Atom, popped off Series 1's Cap's boots, and glued them directly on. Everything else is paint, save for the pistol, which I took from an Ultimate Nick Fury.
