I do not know what character it is, all I know it's from Star Trek line up. I saw it lying around on the floor of my friend's room. I thought why I don't change it into other character that more cool. At that time Sinestro Corp story line was huge, so I decided to turn it into one of the Sinestro Corp.
Basically I had to smooth the surface of the skin, cause originaly it has texture. Then I sculpt the waist and the thight area using epoxy putty. Finished it with acrylic paint by brush and airbrush.
