Hey all,

So I said I've been doing a bunch of Lanterns, mostly Black Lanterns, but I made a few "what if" lanterns as well. Here's the first: Batman as a Red Lantern. I know he had a yellow ring on in the comics for like ten seconds once, but this is my take on "what if Batman really became a lantern" and my belief is RED. He's too spooled up over the death of his parents for any other color-except maybe yellow, because of the instilling fear piece. I know my detractors will say Batman isn't out for revenge or have hatred. They'll say it's justice he wants. I say baloney. He'd want to crack skulls! Or not, that's why it's fiction!

I painted the red-trimmed areas with flat aluminum, then covered in clear red Tamiya. Cape is cut cloth, sealed, and dry-brushed with acrylic. Enjoy.
