Base figure was Neca TMNT Leonardo. This is a remake of an earlier custom I wasn't completely satisfied with. Upper torso of turtle swapped with DC classics Blue Beetle. Plastron sculpted from miliput. Belt is a rubber band, buckle is a shirt button with miliput filling the gaps. Carapace was slightly modified with miliput. Head was swapped from my old future Raph custom. Bandanna is a necktie from The Spirit action figure.
