This a figure of Ray Park as Toad from X-men movie.
I cut his legs and I removed the springs in his knees.
With epoxy putty I repaired the legs and I made an spiky hair.
The tongue was made with a wire an the stick was made with a paintbrush.
Later I painted it with Tamiya painting.
