I chopped off hulk's head, replaced it with an unknown wrestler's head, sculpted the neck (yes, the head still has its articulation)... Cut off his arms right in the biceps and the forearm area so I could put pieces of lego to extend it and make the arms a little longer, then I re-sculpted the extended parts in the arms and covered it with those metal thingies on juggy's arms (used plumbers putty). I also cut off some of his toes (ouch!) So that the feet won't look too wide when the boots are sculpted on.
I used a big plastic egg for his helmet and some ring cap bullets to replicate the screws on juggy's helmet. The helmet is removable and some plumbers putty was used inside so that the helmet would have a snug fit on the head.
Then I painted it with acrylics and there you go! One big juggernaut! Grrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaah!!!
