I used WEE figure body, then replaced the palms with Legends so it looks bigger. Then sculpt the legs, add more muscle to make it bigger. The head is from Guile Jazwares. Cause I don't think there's no hair from other toys that I could use to match the character hair, then I decided to sculp it.

Sometimes, the simplest designs are the hardest ones to make. That goes here.
And you did a very good job bro. I like the work on the hair the most. Good work!
