Panda Khan (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) Custom Action Figure
Okay so this is Panda Khan...more-or-less... I drifted away from the samurai motif, instead envisioning the character more as a thief (that's how I write him anyways). The body was from a XMC Beast, with a complete paint job, very little else was added, apart from the head being taken from the original Panda Khan figure.
