This a donation I did for an organization called The Dynamic League, they are trying to bring attention to juvenile diabetes. I used a DC Direct Trinity Superman, removed his hair and sculpted the mask over the head and face. I removed the cape from the body and filled in the holes and around the costume line at the shoulders, chest, back and modified the belt buckle, all with Apoxie Sculpt. Designed his costume around the logo they use. The last picture is a before and after shot.
