Richter Belmont as he appears in Castlevania Dracula X: Rondo of Blood.

The Base figure is Marvel Select Ghost Rider, the head is from some random WWE figure. I used Apoxie Sculpt, and various other materials. The whip is just made from some small chain links, the spike ball is from the Simon Belmont NECA figure.
