This is a regular DCUC Gentleman Ghost figure with a modified collar and given the "floating-hat-effect". Basically, the hat is supported by a sturdy metal wire. Hope you like it guys! God bless.

Amazing, the factory version really is not cool, I never saw that, you really made the figure like should be, clearly Mattel should take note of your ideas, excellent custom, congrats.
