He is the God of elemental Water in it's solid form, the god of iced seas, the god of the glaciers and the god of all that lives in the ice.
He and the other elemental gods, are The Eternials, they created Eternia reality and they are Ancient Gods of Eternia.
All them have equal amounts of power, but Grayskull can control the other souls, so they have a pact with him.

Note: Iciklus is one of the elemental aqua brothers, he represents ice, Glaukus represents liquid, and Stoom represents vapor.

Recipe:
Used MOTU figure - Skeletor for the body (left arm, legs, and torso), Hordak head and Faker right arm.
The accessories are the sword and armor from MOTU figure Mer-man.
The ice staff was made from some beads I had.
In the end painted it with White paint and made the cape with fabric.
