I sculpted Q's cyborg face over that of Spirit, I then painted him head to toe in citadel paints and then did a black ink wash to give his clothes the grimy look he had in the game. Let me know what you think and tell me which Capcom character I should make next!

I was actually thinking of doing 12, It seems like a simple character too. I was going to do it with a Banshee body and some sculpt over the head. I've also got a Elena and Final Fight Rolento in the works. Oh and Ant, there was an option for it when I uploaded it, maybe it's only for your first month or so.
