This is the Tornado from Sonic Adventure, I used a Barney Stormin from Pixar's Cars as the base, and a 3 inch Tails is the pilot. However, this Tails was just a torso with legs since I had been picking pieces off it to make other figures from quite some time, I moved the legs to the shoulders to make new arms, gave him Sonic's hands, and made a whole new head from polymer clay. The plane is designed to make engine sounds and spin the propeller when you press down on the pilot's seat, and I made sure to keep that function after customizing it.
