I havent been on in a while been busy with life. I saw recipe on a "sister" site and went for it with the spare Pitt I had. Using an Apocalypse head I swapped the heads out after some major dremeleing and sculpting and then went to work on the arms, legs using the dremel and apoxie. After some time remaking the hands, feet and smoothing out the legs I began to make a frame for the leg and arm spikes. I started to make the rocks using apoxie but decided to use real rocks from the driveway and the various places I come in contact with in my day to day walks. I resculpted the feet to look like shoes. I made them so he doesn't tip over because he weighs in at over 4 to 5 lbs. I then began a base of apoxie and while it was still movable I began to add the rocks in the legs first and "tetris'ing" them in to place. I added some super glue when doing this also to hold them in place. From there to the arms. The fingers of Pitt had to be resculpted. One at a time. Then it went to work on the arm spikes the same way the leg ones were done then the to finger spikes and then the top of the hand to the head to teeth and eye covers and the jawbone rocks and then to the back which was cool to do . I added a sentinel coil to the waist for a belt then some scrap craft fabric for ripped clothing. some paint , some shading I had to rearrange my shelf in my collection around him I know I should have entered him in to the way they should be custom but I havent been on in a while everyone who know him at work those that don't I showed them the pics of the prior figure versus the comic pics and they love mine even better let me know what you think ![]() |
