First off I had to buy an extra DCUC Deadman just in case I goofed.
I started by pulling Kilowogs fist from his arm, Next I used an xacto blade to cut off the point that inserts into his arm.
There is no going back at this point, I then drilled a hole through the center of his ring about half way through his fist...Careful you have to go in at an angle and take breaks to keep from melting the rubber.
After I was satisfied I drilled from the bottom with a bigger drill bit using my drill {** IMPORTANT** when drilling leave a thin lip around the hole that you are drilling this inserts into arm!} after the 2 holes connected I went a tad further maybe an 1/8" I then inserted my led with long prongs (do not cut)
Now the tricky part. I took a disc magnet broke it in half and soldered it to the lowest prong on the led.
and then stacked the other half on top. Afterwards I took the longest prong and added solder for a larger tighter contact, Without going past the lip of the wrist
Take 2 to 3 disc magnets and drill up into the forearm and glue them in.
The magnets help pull the arm together the wrist and the lip helps with the tension and keeps the wrist in line not to mention giving you free rotation of the fist.
And finally Go to the kitchen and grab a beer, because your nerves will be shot!
