Hello. Next up is the Armadillo from Abomination as a base. To prep I cust off Abominations fingers, acetoned the joints and hallowed out the inside of the Hulk hea I used. Sculpted over the head, back, new fingers and claws and around his midsection, speedo/ crotch etc. I took the tail of a pre-Marvel Legends Stegron and glued it down onto his lower backside. Then sculpted a thin wide layer, stretching from the back of his waist, over the Stegron tail coming to a point like an arrow head (using the tail to support the sculpt). I gave it some warpage so it looks like its moving isntead of just a stiff dull tail (considering it won't be posable). The next morning I sculpted under the tail forming it to his prostate area lol and nether regions/ between legs. Primered gray, then washed with heavily diluted flat brown paint. Airbrushed custom burnt orange and mustard yellowish color (using the masking tape method). painted the eyes over again and kinda hard the way the Hulks eyes sit in the sculpt ( I had to do the right one over again but nailed it). Washed the mustard yellow with diluted brown paint. Sealed with Testors flat finish. A big bad BAF sized Armadillo. Thanks for looking.
