WWE base figure, sculpted the wraps and belt and circles on torso and hair. Hammer is casted by CK casting.

Thanks for the comments! Sorry but the head is that of Hasbro Thor, I removed the helmet and sculpted new hair, I should have added that to the description.

The head looks like Hacksaw Jim Huggan from wrestling, overall this is one of my favorite Thor figures. It has the feel of Thunderstrike, Classic Thor, and Ultimate Thor. Nice.
