Well Bygtopp I live in scotland and the only place I can get those ones is either in a ridiculously overpriced speciality shop or by potluck thru an ex-stock clearance store
Theyre both 25 miles away and I don't drive - and theres no guarantee they'd have that spawn one in stock
basically you cast the gun and sell/trade copies of it to whoever wants a cool pistol like that
As for casting a gun - try this.....
several ways you can make a mold of the gun
heres a relatively simple one everyone can do
- use a modest-sized blob of the bendable sculpey or similar medium (I use Wrap casting plastic wax)
- coat your weapon and the mold lightly (watch not smudge the details) in a release material like graphite powder
(sharpen a pencil nib to get cheap graphite powder)
- push the weapon into the soft putty/clay side first
if you coated the weapon well it will "release from the mold easily
-Then let the mold harden in an oven at 150 degrees but leave it in twice longer than is normally required to get a reuseable and flexible mold
Repeat this process for the other side of the gun
-Then when you have the two halves of the gun done (make sure they match up) put more graphite into the mold and then push fixit, miliput or green stuff into the mold
its best you do this when its "cheese hard" and not so tacky
- close the two matching halfs together and apply pressure don't worry about excess pushing out the sides tri it off and quickly make some belt pouches or something
- let it set and when its cured - and if you put sufficient graphite powder in - you have a perfect double sided gun cast - trim the flash off it
The other way you can do it is to do the two halves independantly and join both sides of the gun up later - thats harder to do tho
Yet another way is casting the barrel and handle seperately and joining them up
I know Black arachnis has a sort of Vaccum Mold casting technology and he casts weapons as well as heads..

I bought a 10$ al simmons vs spawn set just for the guns and accesories
it was at kb at easton
I don't know how that works with the casting trade bit

I remember reading about this dude in a UK marvel reprint called FUTURE TENSE which was all about futuristic characters
