I really dug the Black Panther as they portray him in this comic series, so I wanted to do him up with dignity. (well as much dignity as his current condition permits!) In the future I would redo his boot to reflect the classic look and fix the gauntlet to match the boot. Oh well hind sight is 20/20 so they say!
The Wasp Head was originally the Wasp head form the all too common Black & Green Toybiz Wasp, had resculpt her hair to look wild and wooly. Doing his face was the hardest, well strike that, getting the skin tone right was the hardest, since I can't see the difference in shades of color so I had to get lots of help on getting the colors right. (I had the same problem with doing the Hulk Zombie)Sculpting the face was challenging, but definitely not the hardest. I made the base because he kept ending up on his face when I would try to stand him up. Something about having oh say only one super ultra posable foot that made him pretty unstable. The base helped immensely but it's not done. I thought it was of course, until i saw how silly that exposed wood looks heh...Hope you folks enjoy gazing at him and thanks for your time!
