I removed Angel's wings and the weird belt and repainted in classic blue and yellow. I then used Berzerker iceman hands and painted white on top of uniform. To top it off I used some fake snow to give it that look, then sealed it.!

That's a cool suit design (and great paintjob), also makes me want to dig-up my old Iceman hands :P
