How great isn’t the feeling you get when you finished a figure you’ve worked on for a long time? SUPER GREAT!

In ’93 when Johnny Blaze got badly injured, the hellfire he had within came pouring out of his body. Luckily, his friend Quinn could patch him up, sealing the hellfire with a metal armor covering his whole body (except for half his face!), and JB came back with a vengeance!

When I first read these comics, I thought Blaze’s new look was pretty silly, but now I just love it! It’s classic ‘90s, and I love the ‘90s!
Originally I started work on this figure several months ago. I used Deathlok’s torso and arms, Movie Dr Doom’s legs and I borrowed the spare pair of hands from Street Fighter’s Adon.
For my first Blaze custom (which was the very first custom I made) I used the Punisher’s head, and I wanted to do that again, so I got it from Black Arachnis. I used half Punisher’s head and half Deathlok’s head.
Doctor Doom’s legs sucked though, because after the removal of the action feature, the legs were very wobbly.
I instead took the legs from X2 Movie Street Fight Logan.
When I thought I was ready to put the figure together, I realized that his right arm wasn’t supposed to have those horizontal lines so I had to fill them with FIXIT Sculpt. It took a long time to do so. I also used FIXIT Sculpt for his hair. Had to sculpt the boots too, but I’m not too happy with them.
I actually have no idea where the vest is from.

I just love this figure, I think it’s really good. Totally takes my old Blaze’s place on the shelf.
