One of characters that most needed a Marvel Legends, the High Evolutionary. It's more or less the same recipe I used in the past to make him, but this time with a new casted face and in his 90s look. Mainly a Super Patriot, with Moonknight gloves, Ripclaw casted face and Magneto's skirt. Hope you like him.
