These are the lines in Ms. Marvel #30 from the Secret Invasion Storyline. Ms. Marvel attempts to bring civilians to safety by taking them to the Raft prison. Upon arrival she finds a guard fleeing and Tiger Shark being tortured by one of the Super-Skrulls but winds up getting frozen, tossed around like a rag-doll, and used as a human drill by this thing. Remembering the guard mentioning the others were afraid of it she knew her only chance was to draw it to the other Skrulls, which it then brutally rips apart. In a bloodied exhausted frenzy it collapses. Where Ms. Marvel then checks the back of it’s neck where she reads, tattooed on this “rabid animal” HYDRA PRIME 001“.
Hydra Prime 001 will be my third figure and I never ever want to paint another spider web or sculpt a spider in my life! J/K. This was actually a lot of fun though frustrating at times. All his parts are removeable. Also I tried to take the photos with several light sources to avoid that red glow noticeable on my previous posts! 60 some odd photos later I noticed I had forgotten to photograph the removeable belt with interchangeable team logo buckles! RECIPE:
Base- ML King Hulk
Head- ML 2 Pack Super Skrull sculpted to be a little bit more comic accurate using Aves Fix-it Sculpt.
Flames- Icons Human Torch almost filled the joint holes then decided to mod the flames to fit the Hulks arm.
Water effect - Hot Glue
Claws were made from bobby pins and fodder. Everything was painted in acrylic and sealed.
