Cropsy is the caretaker from the film "the burning", I don't know if there has ever been one officially made anywhere,and I just had to make one of my own. the base was an action man figure I had lying around, I used putty on the head, the long black coat I stitched together which originally was for "the Creeper" from jeepers creepers I made previously but ended up scrapping. The black gloves were all ready on the figure and the rest I stitched myself. the shoes I got off another figure. the shears I used two swords and cut them down and stuck them together using a small screw. the base is made from a thin board and I stuck some grass like mesh on it which I got from some artificial flowery decorations.
