First appearing in Captain America Annual #4 (1978) as Magneto's second incarnation of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants that team of supervillains later became independent of Magneto renaming themselves Mutant Force. Peepers' mutant ability enables him to project beams of energy from his eyes and he has also been gifted with telescopic vision.
