Just been reading through Save She-Hulks starring Lyra and Jen Walters. It's been a fun read and I really liked the costume change for Lyra. Her original was just a green Thundra outfit, followed by the Human Torch's FF suit so this is really her first original costume. Plus I liked the way she started being drawn as a younger She-Hulk. Anyways, I sculpted the hair and used a head from a Foom wave She-Hulk that needed to be modified to fit on the WWE body. She came out really clean!  Please wait... |

Hah! I used an airbrush for the shading, but I still use regular brushes for lining, basework, and detailing. I'm finding it's possible to do that sort of shading sans airbrush with the right paints and technique, but you know, it's hard to do and I have an airbrush .
