I have wanted to make this for a long time now and this has been on my to do list for longer than I expected it to be and I've only really been doing bits to it between other customs but its finally finished and I'm very happy with how it turned out.

For this custom I had to look at literally hundreds of pictures and screenshots to get this as accurate as possible to the way he looks in the movie

Recipe:

Head: ivan drago figure
Body: wwe deluxe aggression jbl
Gun: stealth wolverine figure
Everything else: sculpted with apoxie

All the straps and armor are removable except the shin gaurds which I did actually intend to make removable but decided not to in the end, plus there never removed in the film so I was ok with that.

The sword sheath was actually cut from a dvd case and then the bottom part was sculpted, the sword was also cut from a dvd case and fully sculpted over as well.

The gun came from the x-men series stealth wolverine figure, it was then dremeled as near as possible to the shape and then the rest was sculpted.

The holster is made from the plastic part of a figure packaging, it was then measured, cut and then glued to get the rough shape of the holster then completly sculpted over and then finally lined inside with real leather.

All the straps are made from o-rings that were dremeled flat and the buckles are made from paper clips.

The chest emblem is made from a piece of a wrestlers knee pad, the actual dragon emblem was then sculpted on also the shoulder pads, dragon belt buckle, wrist band, knee pads, shin gaurds, knife, battle cat symbols and hair were fully sculpted.

The cape was made from a random piece of material which was hand sewn by me (my first proper attempt at sewing) then the symbols were painted on, the bottom of the cape was lightly dry brushed to give it a dirty look and a twist-tie was also added as a way of attaching it to the shoulder pads.
