Man, just adding joints to things can be a pain. Thats basically all this guy is really. Joker needed to be able to get into some of those crazy poses he was in while fighting in the game.

Cut out the original figures waits and upper legs and replaced it with a MM Avatar Jake Sullys, with the parts of the hips right above the legs cut off. Also attached is a HML She-Hulks wrist joint to give him a waist swivel and a little bit of an ab-crunch, though its restricted quite a bit by the waist coat. Cut in swivels for his thighs and biceps.

Painted up the hips, which was a pain. I hate pin stripes and paint matching. Especially paint matching. The stripes wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have to work quickly, worrying about the mixed color drying out. I really should start working with a wet palette. Also ended up repainted his waist coat back to the original color after trying it black. Gave the whole figure a devlan mud wash to dirty him up, and here he is, perfectly capable of pulling off crazy person poses.

That is freakin IMPRESSIVE!! Excellent!! Now if only those BOZOS at DC Direct would make figures with the excellent sculpt AND full articulation...Bandai doesn't seem to have a problem with that! GREAT WORK ON THIS!! -Fitz

The stripes may have been a pain but they look great! As does the whole figure in general. Everything works nice and smoothly. And the nut shot to Bats...priceless!

Great custom! I mix most of the colors on my customs. The key to it not drying out is mixing in large amounts and keeping a small container handy to scoop it into once you have the color you want.
