This is a mock up that I made, just a mess around with spoons and junk toys, seriously spoons!
after messing around with a few parts and glue I decided that painted with testors, acrylics and plasticoat it wouldn't look too bad......honestly? I'll let you decide, bear in mind it was thrown together and painted in the space of an hour.

parts used
body- mmpr white ranger 8" figure in yellowed battered condition
backpack/wings-head from a ninja frog zord dremmeled to shape
chest piece- plastic milk carton cut to shape and filled with woodfiller
wheels on ankles- lego
face-generic barbie type doll
helmet-2 childs dose plastic medicine spoons cut to shape, whith a bionicle shoulder pad for the top and some wood filler
gun- power rangers op overdrive 12" figures weapon

thats it, yes the head is a little big and out of proportion, but for an hours bash I'm pretty pleased with the outcome and I can now work on one that hopefully transforms, for now this will sit with my masterpieces as a shelf warmer, last pic shows size comparison( its not far off skywarp and soundwaves size.
