Leonardo felt anger and confusion when Splinter gave him the news of Raphael becoming the leader of the turtles. Splinter told him that they needed to be more aggressive in order for them to defeat Shredder and The Foot clan. He stormed out furious and confused. All his life he thought that he was the chosen one, the one who could take after the steps of Splinter when he was gone. Michelangelo and Donatello tried to stop him, telling him not to go. Raphael didn't even bother to stop him. Even if Raphael tried it wouldn't have changed anything. He roamed the streets thinking of what he did wrong, of what drove splinter to make that decision. Hours passed and in the end he came to conclusion that he would have to follow the direction that splinter wanted whether he liked it or not. When he arrived to their hideout, he keep thinking of what he was going to say to splinter, but as soon as he opened the door. His thinking just went away, he couldn't feel his feet nor did he notice he was screaming at what was in front of him. All of his brothers were decapitated. Their heads were stuck to the walls as if they were trophies. He saw a few foot clan soldiers lying on the ground, but he didn't care. All he wanted to do is find the bodies of his fallen brothers, but what he failed to notice was that he, was walking on them. Bit and pieces of the what was left of his brothers laid there on the floor. As he approached Splinters quarters he took a deep breath to try to calm himself down. But as he went through the curtains he fell to his knees. What he saw wasn't Splinter, what he saw was something he would always see when he closed his eyes. His master's lower half laid there next to his knees. The upper body of his master was close to the wall. Splinter was chopped in two, both pieces were burnt. The air was unbreathable, but Leonardo didn't even notice the smell. All he saw were the words written on the wall IM SORRY LEO. Those words damaged him more that what he saw earlier. He lost everything that was human in him to those words. Now he only felt anger and at the same time he felt nothing. He didn't feel doubt in himself when he arrived at Shredders hideout. He didn't feel the cuts and bruises that the foot clan gave him. He didn't feel tired of all the times he chopped endless waves of foot soldiers to pieces. nor did he feel the countless gunshot wounds he received. He didn't feel pain on his left eye when Shredder was gouging his eye as he was slowly cutting his head off. And as he stood on top of a mountain of dismembered bodies, holding the head of his masters sworn enemy like a baby, he didn't feel like a winner. He walked down that mountain of bodies, sat on the floor and started to meditate, closing his eye he could hear the voices of his brothers in a distance. Then as he opened his eye his brothers appeared him front of him. Michelangelo holding a pizza, Donatello had a gadget in his hands. Raphael had his arms crossed and Splinter was in the middle smiling at him. He got up and hugged all of them, he began to cry. They all walked out of there together, Leonardo finally felt peace. What he would of notice if he would of turned around when he was walking out with his brothers was. That his body sat there lifeless.

Ok guys today I bring you Battle Damaged Leonardo, I saw the contest and right away I thought of the turtles. I really wanted to make a turtle that was more "Realistic" so to speak. I bought the figures as soon as possible and started to work on it. At first i was going to make all of them but, I decided that if i concentrate on 1 figure it would look better and I wouldnt be rushing to finish them. Plus I like to take my time. As you can see Leonardo went to hell, if you haven't read the story stop reading this and read the story. Anyways this figure was fun to make, I love making figures that are all messed up. I used a NECA TMNT Raphael, I sculpted the bandages on his hands and feet, his toenail, finger nails and veins. I wanted to make his skin more "Scaly" so i sculpted his scales on his sides. All of his cuts were also sculpted. For his blood I wanted it to be darker and more "real" looking so I added different reds with a clear red to give it a more "recent" cut. As for the rest of the blood, I just threw it on with a toothbrush. I airbrushed most of this figure, I have him a pinkish hue on his inner body, feet and hands, once again to make him more "Realistic". I used real leather on his elbow pad and knee pads, also on his belt and sword. For the shredder head I used a Sota Street Fighter Remy head. I sculpted the whole helmet and for his blood, I used hot glue with clear red. I wanted him to look like he was in a Kill Bill scene. Hopefully you guys like him. AS ALWAYS LEAVE COMMENTS BELOW
