Awesome use of the base!

you use good old british Citadel Paints, don't you? iuno, I use dollar store brushes, (CHEAP as heL) sometimes I find the acrylic paint dries, and gets lumpy, thatll destroy you right there. try using white as a base, then evenly brush on w/ a large/decent size brush, then use a slightly more "thinner" paint (moisten brush with water) then go over all the area, smoothing it with the thinner paint. iuno might work for you. also, there is a huge deal in what kind of clear coat you use, citadel paints look good otherwise, but better with the proper clear.

Really cool , I don't how you get such a clean figure without any streaks ? But well done !
