As soon as I acquired this figure I knew exactly what I was doing. Recipe: Hasbro Mr. Fantastic - Body Nightcrawler - Head Resculpted the Nightcrawler head, sculpted a small belt buckle, and gave everythign some paint. Over all I'm quite happy with how it came out and would love to see it standing next to a Hasbro Mr. Fantastic as if to mock him. ![]() |

The paint actually takes to this guy really well IF you scrub him down with soap and a scrubby since he comes pretty riddled with mold-release. Using citadel paints for the green and Vallejo game paints mixed for the purple, you can even bend the bendy parts with no cracking (I didn't get crazy with it, but reposing back and forth a few times was fine). If anything, the tight/weird hips are the biggest paint hangup, but you can't really get to pose crazy with his legs and keep him standing anyways.
