This is number 8 in my series of Earth-2 Superman fan fiction. This character is Metalo, Jr., son of the classic Golden Age Superman villain, Metalo. Metalo, Jr., like his father, ingested a special chemical formula to grant him tremendous superhuman strength, and he wears a flexible metal costume that grants him enhaced durability and resistance to physical injury. Metalo, Jr. is a foe of the Earth-2 Superman's son Clark Kent, Jr. during his time as the Earth-2 Superboy.

Again, this figure was a pretty straight forward custom. I took the Ferro Lad figure, gave him a full repaint, added a repainted cape/wrap from a Toybiz Marvel Legends Young Avengers boxset Asgardian, and TA-DA...Metalo, Jr., nemesis of the Earth-2 Superboy!!!!
