This custom is from a bunch of diff Supergirls. The torso and legs are from a DCU Supergirl, the arms and cape are from a DC Direct Super / Batman series Supergirl and the head is either from the DC Armory Flamebird or Nightwing. I basically did this to use up all the spare Supergirl parts that I had used parts for on other customs.

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I wanted to make the skirt blue because I figured she had enough red between the cape and the boots, and I wanted to give the boots a patent leather / vinyl look to give her somewhat of a punk look even though she looks like the girl next door. Thanks again guys

Very nice, but I think she could use some more red. She's too blue for my taste.
