Here I took what had been my custom "La Bamba" from Conan O'Brien's short lived series and repurposed it to bring completion to my Superman: The Movie series. The body is from a Wave 1 Penguin with hands from either DCSH Clark Kent or Dark Knight Scarecrow. The head is from a wrestling figure… "Mr Kennedy"? that was then bulked up with apoxie and then the penguin's hat was lopped off top and bottom to make more of a panama/straw brimmed hat. The whole thing exists in Primer Gray with a dark and light blue arrangement for the shirt and tie.. Which I think is a little off from references in the movie. He comes complete with his daily errand of "fetching" the newspaper like a good goon. You can't have a bad guy unless you have a henchman or two. Otisburg???? OTISBURG?????!!!!!!!!!!
