I made this figure to go with my other scooby stuff.

To make him I took some wire and bent it into his shape.
Then I put multiple layers of kleenex dipped in a glue and water mixture around him.
The face is a ping pong ball cut in half. The hands are from a Lizard. The base is cut from styrofoam.
Finally the chain is from a Jurassic Park figure.
I sprayed it green and painted the details by hand.
