Nice clean paint work and those parts fit together perfectly.
You say you sealed the paint work, what did you use.
I'm currently working on a Cap figure and it looks like there's going to be some scary paint rub, would sealing the paint help?
I used Humbrol acrylic matt spray, just a very light coat. There's no paint rub on the figure because I used the Punisher body, which is cast in black. I hate sanding joints so I always try and use parts cast in the appropriate colour...
