Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice your query. I used a ripped off cheap version of Jungle Attack He-man for the body which is bigger than the original ones. I think the pirates used a larger mold for this. I chopped of the head of my spare he-man figure and used some epoxy putty for the hair and the wool on top of the cape. Cape was made from epoxy putty.
