The base figure is Omac from DC Universe line. I sanded his gloves and boots. I sculpted his belt and ears. The cape is from Dr. Impossible and the metal chain is from a Spawn figure.

pretty good man.. a little shiny but overall he looks good. Maybe try thinning your paints, windex works well.

The blue sections of the figure I was going for the metallic look but I'll definitely use the windex trick to keep my figures from being so shinny. Thanks
