Alright--this was an experiment based off a mistake.

Let me explain...

I had a MLBishop and wanted to try something new. I saw that base used as Wolverine and wanted to do something like that, but then I saw this awesome Bowen Cap Statue that was kinda chunky (I thought) with loads of little details on the suit. So I tried to copy it with this. When I was done, I realized theat while the Cap was buff--the pic I was looking at was compressed and the proportions weren't real--someone had 'squished the height of the photo just a bit and I missed it.

So here's my 'squished' and buff Cap. Sculpted head, chest emblem, and a bit on the arms. Repainted all over and borrowing a MS Movie Cap shield.

The only tiny detail that would make tis fgure PERFECT would be sanding down the pointy chin until it becomes flat-square. Trust me!

I feel that mistakes have to be part of the learning process, otherwise we would never improve ourselves. Fitz- I totally dig this look for Cap. best lookin' mistake I've ever seen. Never be afraid to try something a little different. You rock buddy!

NICE!!! Great paint app and good choice of base. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a beefed up shield to go with a
beefed up Capt. Though, he already looks like he won't even need a shield. Friggin sweet custom bro.

Ok this is very interesting take now while I don't feel it looks like Steve Rogers there are plenty of Caps that this could be. I would totally add this to my Cap Corps, which by the way is a great new title that might have a possible explanation/solution to your fig. And regardless I love this fig.

Awesome execution of an original take. Would love to see some more like this guy! Come to think of it, Bishop might be a decent base for an awesome Punisher.

While not as lithe or acrobatic looking, the detail and paintjob really make this shine. As a non-Avengers fan, I really appreciate the different spin, as opposed to just yet another common cap custom. Nice work all around Fitz!

I like your take on this!

It's nice to see cap look like a proper solider.

I've got a cap figure I'm just finishing off and it's not a million miles away from this.
