Here is my custom Fantastic Four made from the box set plus Classic Series 2 Thing. I liked this sculpt better than the Marvel Legends. The ML version just isn’t bulky enough for me. Plus it’s dead-on with Wieringo’s pencil work. I made this set to resemble Mark Waid’s run. This is my first attempt at customizing, so be easy on me (first time taking a figure apart, first attempt at wash, first attempt at dry brushing, etc.). Here’s the breakdown for each character.

Reed (originally in Jim Lee attire): added protruding circle on chest, repaint body including black wash

Sue (originally in Jim Lee attire): same as Reed

Johnny (originally from box set): added protruding circle on chest, sculpted additional flames on upper arms and thighs, extended flames lower leg, repaint body including wash and dry brushing

Ben (from Classic Series): not much of a custom but repainted pants to match everyone else’s blue, black wash over body to show off rocks more
