From SNK fighting games, he's Andy Bogard. Made from DCUC Aquaman head and upper body, ML captain America lower body and SOTA Gen hands. Sculpt the details and paint him with acrylic paint (brush and airbrush).

Great paint job. The flames are awesome!!! I have seen some great Terrys but it is really nice to see Andy get some custom love. Very nicely done!!!
